Notice of Meeting 2
Meeting 2 was held on Wednesday 16th November at Perpetual’s offices in Sydney at 10:00am. The resolutions considered were to list the Forager Australian Shares Fund on the ASX and amendments to the constitution to allow the fund to list. For full details, you can download NOM 2: DOWNLOAD HERE
Outcome of Meeting 2, Resolution 1: Approval for the proposal for listing of the fund.

The resolution was therefore passed as the requirement was for 50% unitholders who voted to vote in favour of the change.
Outcome of Meeting 2, Resolution 2: Amendments to the constitution of the fund.

The resolution was therefore passed as the requirement was for 75% unitholders who voted to vote in favour of the change.
As all resolutions have been voted in favour, the process to list the Forager Australian Shares Fund on the ASX will begin, with an expected listing date of 16 December 2016.
Redemptions
Redemptions from the fund are now closed. It is anticipated that the fund will list on 16 December
Notice of Meeting 1
Meeting 1 was held on Friday 14th October at The Grace Hotel in Sydney at 10:00am. The resolution considered was to change the Responsible Entity of the Forager Australian Shares Fund from Fundhost Limited to The Trust Company (RE Services) Limited, which is a subsidiary of The Perpetual Group.
Outcome of Meeting 1: The proposal to change the RE of the fund.

The resolution was therefore passed as the requirement was for 50% of all unitholders to vote in favour of the change.

As all resolutions have been passed, the process is underway to convert the unlisted trust into an LIT. It is anticipated the fund will list on the ASX on Friday 16 December.
